Brief
This well-established Gallery & Vananga had a website that needed to be updated, brightened up and showcase the changes to its vision moving forward.
What I Did
In consultation with Papa Mike, Mama Awhitia & their niece Gina; we established what was needed. A lighter brighter site that focused on education, knowledge sharing and the artists themselves.
I built a new site for the Gallery that sat dormant beside the live site- so that we could get the new site to where we wanted it to be. Whilst still having an online presence.
Results
The Gallery & Vananga has a site which can be easily changed, added to and adapted. We have created logical SEO search terms so that the site ranks well.
We showcase our local master carvers, their apprentices and their need to share with the world their knowledge.
We will continue working to get the gallery to a stage that we are able to sell directly on line!

A New Accommodation Business

Brief
New accommodation business needed a website, hotel booking system and a product to manage having their rooms available on more than one channel.
What I Did
In consultation with the business owners, I took images (which they own), we discussed the layout, colours, content, amenities, and number of online channels they wanted to be on.
We also discussed rates, and what the market would bare.
Results
This business has great forward bookings, their own website, plus connectivity to other online selling tools.
They have a rate management strategy that places them well within the market, for their location and product.

Update content, changes at their locations, update images
What I Did
Taking the updates from the business owners on each of their five locations, updated content and imagry.
Then from time to time as things change, I am able to make the changes needed.
A local helping local businesses.
Results
Updated Rates for this business for 2023 - will see further growth in revenues.
Up to date amenities on all of their locations.
People love accurate details! And Google loves new content and updates more!

Brief
Create a website show casing four homes at two locations
What I Did
Full photo shoot of all homes, also when on site - took full lists of all amenities within each home.
Worked with business owner as to look and feel - plus their thoughts on the best features of the homes.
Business owner had the pricing right for these homes - it was just a matter of getting them online and selling direct to the guest. Rather than using a thrid party seller.
Google ad words, links to social media. Created social media plan.
Results
Direct bookings into these homes. Strong forward bookings.
